What is Stress?
Stress is the body's reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental, and emotional responses. Stress is a normal part of life. You can experience stress from your environment, your body, and your thoughts. Mental, emotional, and physical strain or tension.
Reflection
High school is a time where we learn and grow. During this project we realized that stress is one of the biggest issues high school students experience. And we also learned through research that stress can take a major toll on a person, which can later lead to bigger problems. That is why we created this website so that students (freshman and sophomores) can find more information about stress and the get advice or help they need. Also so that they don't feel like they have to go through this stage in their lives alone. |
